“Room and surroundings fine, but bathroom sink had a broken plug. Fortunately, I always carry a universal stopper, so I wasn't inconvenienced.”

“Just needed to say for 1 night. The bed was the hardest I’ve ever spelt on. Room was clean though. No vending or drinks available at hotel. Had to go to the gas station next door. ”

“The room was clean,but when you walked into the room there was a odor that smelled like mildew carpet that was not dry all the way.The tv remote would not work properly.It was only for one night and I made the best of it”

“The room was not cleaned very well. We found old food on the floor and a roach in the room. On multiple occasions, people were trying to get assistance from the front desk and no one was there for SEVERAL minutes. Housekeeping took our towels & wash clothes but did not replace them. When we asked for more later that evening, they were out! They gave us old towels they said were used for cleaning. And the tub looked awful! There were so many patches of silicone holding it together. We will NEVER...

“The staff were all super kind. However, the first room we were assigned smelled like a wet dog and had mildew on the curtains above the AC and in the shower. We were changed to another room and it was ok, but the AC unit was black in the vents, the shower had absolutely no water pressure, and there was a big stain on the carpet that looked like it was wet. The hotel isnt well kept at all. ”

“The reason I got the room is bc my power. Is off at home and I've been sick. So I asked him at the desk to make sure there was a working heater in room even tho he was super rude already.. the heater broken. The phone broken. I had my privacy tag on door when I got back from ice machine maid was smoking in my room said our room was cancelled.. I want my money back ”
